Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Using Winrank

You may use Winrank for lawful business and content activities. You must not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another user's workspace without permission, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use generated material unlawfully.

Connected services and content

You authorise Winrank to access connected services only for the actions you request. Google Search Console access is read-only and can be disconnected at any time. You remain responsible for reviewing content, data, and publishing actions before relying on them. Search rankings, traffic, citations, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Subscription and billing

Eligible new customers can start Winrank with a one-time paid three-day introductory trial charged at $2 USD through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges $99 USD at the end of the three days and then every month until cancellation. The introductory offer can be used once per account; a later resubscription starts immediately at $99 USD per month. By starting the trial, you authorise both the immediate $2 charge and these recurring renewal charges. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or schedule cancellation through the billing portal. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first $99 renewal; cancellation later takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Failed or unpaid charges may restrict generation, publishing, and other paid features.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post material updates on this page. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Winrank at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
